California Highway Patrol . Over 22 years of experience with the Department acting as the CHP Academy’s expert and chief instructor in all areas of Transportation Requirements, Hazardous Materials & Emergency Incident Management, Vehicle Equipment, and traffic radar theory & operation. We have provided expert testimony to the California State Senate and Assembly Transportation Sub-Committees regarding transportation-related legislation.
California Trucking Association. Five years experience as the Director of Safety & Security. Responsible for State and Federal regulatory compliance, security programs, and OSHA safety.
Comprehensive knowledge of the California Vehicle Code, and Title 13, California Code of Regulations, and motor carrier safety regulations contained in Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations pertaining to motor carrier safety operations.
Recognized expert in motor carrier safety by the California Judicial system.
